OOC:I dont know what the leader do meeting on top of in fernclan,so i'll just say it's the High Rock
IC:Echostar leaped up to the top of the High rock."Let all cats join beneath the High Rock for a clan meeting!" she yowled and cats began to gather before her.

Mintkit padded next to his sister out of the nursery.It would be the last time they went back their as kits.Mintkit held her chin high and puffed out her chest,while Amberkit walked a little shyly beside her.She was so happy they would be made apprentices today,especially by their mother.She sat down next to the highrock with Amberkit and waited for her mother to speak.

Infinitystrike padded out of the warrior's den upon hearing the voice of his "mate". Now that she had become leader, she had to be careful now more than ever about her secret. Obviously it would be harder for her to meet with that Blazeclan filth. He loved her, but he had to rid her of the horrible influence that the Blazeclanner had inflicted upon her. He walked as close as he could to the High Rock and sat down to listen to what Echostar had to say.

OOC:Whoops.In the first sentence about mintkit I called her a he XD

IC:When everyone had settled down,she resumed speaking."I have called you all here today for to important reasons.First,I would like to say that I am honored to be the new leader of Fernclan.Thank you,Cloudflight,for being such a great leader for our clan.It is a great honor to be able to take your place.I will try my best to keep Fernclan as safe and strong as you did."she promised."The second reason we are here is for me to perform my first ceremony.Mintkit and Amberkit are becoming apprentices today!"

Mintkit stretched up tall when her mother called out their names.She wondered who their mentors would be.Hopefully they would be nice.

OOC(again): I just remembered,they need mentors! Hmm...okay well i suppose one of them could be mentored by Cloudflight or something.Idk,I'll just ask around the chatbox.

Infinitystrike's outward appearance showed pride, but inside, he felt nothing. The kits were nothing more than a product of Echostar's moment of stupidity. They were nothing but a nuisance and an obstacle between him and Echostar. He was careful not to let what he was feeling influence his behavior. He shook his head to clear it of thoughts, and instead focused on Echostar.

Black and red furred feline pushed her way through the entrance of FernClan's camp. Green optics flashed as she noticed the gathering of cats beneath the High Rock. Echostar had apparently called a meeting. Trotting over to the fresh-kill pile, Tailflame placed the two mice she had collected on the top, then turned and shifted over toward the rest of the Clan. Catching a glimpse of Mintkit and Amberkit, the femme presumed that today was the day they would become apprentices. Moments later, Echostar's words confirmed that thought. Black tail curled around her paws after Tailflame sat at the edge of the crowd. Movement to her right caught her attention, and she craned her neck around to see her father, Stormwing, approach.

The gray tom was still muscled and well-built, but age had begun to take it's toll. Stormwing's muzzle had turned silver-white, and his piercing green optics were misted over. He moved over to Tailflame with slow, deliberate movements. Upon reaching his daughters side, the tom sat heavily and smiled. 'I saw those mice you brought in. They're plump and look exquisite. You are truly a great asset to this Clan.' Tailflame smiled back, flicking her tail over the tom's ears. 'You flatter me too much, Father. Were it not for your wise council, I never would have dreamed of becoming such an efficient warrior.' Stormwing merely smiled and shook her gray-furred head, turning his attention up to Echostar.

IC: Echostar began to speak again. "Mintkit,step forward." Her daughter did and Echostar leaped down to face her."Mintkit,do you promise to learn the ways of a warrior,and to serve your clan well?" Echostar hoped she was doing this right.Mint kit dipped her head and meowed determinedly,"I do." Echostar smiled at her kit's enthusiasm."Then by the power of Dreamclan,I give you your apprentice name.From this day untill you have completed your warrior training you will be known as Mintpaw." She knew her kit would become a great warrior one day,she just wished she could be her mentor."Tailflame."she called out to the young female."I believe you are ready for your first apprentice.You will mentor Mintpaw.I hope you will pass down your courage and loyalty to her.
