Darkstar was now annoyed and thought of this as his way to start showing how his leadership would be. "This was your choice." He said and stood, and quickly jumped at Neptune, his hooked claws unsheathed.

Warheart lept in front of Neptune, and took the blow. It didn't quite affect her either. But even still she was unfortunately going to have to listen to him, since he was in turn the leader now. Also what Darkstar didn't know was that he wasn't the strongest of RageClan, even the foolish could see that Warheart remained close to the top, maybe even THE top. " I'll escort Neptune out. " Warheart mewed at last, looking over to Darkstar with a challinging glare, then over at Neptune sympathetically. She stalked over to her friend and nudged her in the side with her muzzle.
" Soon enough "
she whispered. Loud enough for only Neptune to hear.

Neptune stared at Warheart, confused. She had wanted to take this battle and porve to Darkstar her worth. But instead Neptune nodded and shot one last glare towards Darkstar before turning and padding away.

Warheart padded slower to the entrance of the camp, looking beside her to make sure Neptune hadn't decided to go back and claw Darkstar up the face. " I thought it would have gone better..Darkstar has a prejudice, he still thinks I'm not a true RageClanner just because I wasn't born IN RageClan. Its stupid to be like that. There are places we were ment to end up in, and I was ment to end up here, and he still doesn't understand. Maybe he will eventually, but I dought it. When I ever become leader, your the first I'm going to let in. You belong here, you just do. Not because we are good friends, just its weird, it feels like you should be here. " Warheart trailed off, and looked at the ground beneath her paws. She had been more calmer these past moons, but she did not know presently that her best friend Eagletalon was going to die, and this would change her views greatly, but for now, she couldn't help but feel defeated, and she didn't know why.

Neptune smiled as the exited the camp. "When you're leader. I hope that's soon." She meowd, smiling at her own joke, which wasn't that great.

Warheart laughed anyways. " Well Darkstar is a good leader, hes just..not so light on non-clanborn cats, but it wont last for to long. " she replied. Warheart stopped at the entrance, and curled her tail around her paws neatly. " Lets go hunting some time soon " she meowed after Neptune.

Neptune stopped, turning and nodding towards Warheart. "I'd like that." She purred. Good luck dealing with Darkstar Warheart, see you around." Neptune meowed, turning around and sprinting away into the undergrowth, her silver pelt flashing in the sunlight breifly before being swallowed up by shadows.

Warheart waited until she could no longer see a speck of Neptune before turning and padding back into camp. Hoping not to get chewed out for something she didn't remember doing, Warheart stalked slowly back over to Darkstar. " Anything need to be done? " she asked.

Darkstar gave a low growl. "Yes tell all the rest of your little friends that Rageclan is not a place for outsiders. We do not need, or want them here." He said as his temper started to subside. "And get the dawn patrol ready, along with some hunting patrols."

Sootpelt had been listening the whole time. She rolled her eyes at their new leader "Really Darkstar! We wouldn't want any outside blood in the clan" She mewed in a sarcastic tone "Toms..." She rolled her eyes and went back to her kits in the nursery.

Darkstar gave a rare, brief smile, before walking toward the nursery as well. His mate Flarerush was due to have kits soon, and he wanted to make sure she was okay. "Sootpelt you know how I feel, and it's not going to chance." He said but it wasn't a tone of hate, but rather trying to get her to understand.

She was already in her own moss bed with her three kits. "What did Neptune do to you though? I know plenty of members of this clan who probably aren't full RageClan" She said, wrapping her tail around her kits. "I know you don't like it but you should try giving other cats a chance for once, what if I wasn't full blooded RageClan?"

Darkstar searched looking for Flarerush before answering. "I would never throw you out. Plus Neptune was the deputy of the Wanderers. I will never let anyone from that band of rouges, join. They can't be trusted." He said his voice heavy.

"I wasn't pointing directly at Neptune, but what if a loner wanted to join?" She asked. Coldkit moved away from his mother to look up at Darkstarwith admiring eyes, he hadn't known their leader long, he only new his father as leader but he thought a lot of cats were someone to look up to...literally.
