I is sorry but I hash to go. My temper has been getting out of control lately, I've been starting spats in the cbox, I've been flat out ruining my relationships with friends. Might I add some suggestions?
I quite frankly, lose my temper a lot in real life. That's just me. But, I have learned to get it under control...
- Listen to calming music. One of the best's would be Angel by Sarah McLachlan (listen to it!) - If you are too angry to calm yourself through musci, excuse yourself until you can become calm again. [/blockquote]
