Cinderglow stepped lightly over the snow, his small frame being so light that he didn't sink into the snow like most cats did. He stared up at the frozen hanging willow branches with his royal blue eyes. An odd combination of colors really, because most cats with his fur color generally didn't have blue eyes. Cinderglow curled up into a ball in the roots of the willow, watching the snow fall from underneath the safety of the branches. Any cat would've noticed him, because he stood out more than a fox trying to hid in a group of field mice. Cinderglow didn't have many friends, and never had a family, so it wasn't unusual to find him off by himself, even though he is a very social cat. Tired of staying in one place, he unsheathed his claws and leaped onto the tree trunk, pulling himself up onto a low branch, making a few small icicles fall and break on the ground.
