Hawkfrost was padding through the shadows, feeling very anxious. He had told Summergaze to come here, but as he guessed, she did not want to talk to him. He didn't know what to think now. His sister now despised him, and he felt so alone. A bitterness crept into his heart, and he though of the time he had killed that she-cat... The one who seemed to be spiritual. His thoughts overwhelmed him and he lashed out at a mouse, slashing it until it was no more than ribbons. The bitterness kept growing in his heart, and he wished for it to be just gone.

All of a sudden, Hawkfrost was thinking about the beautiful femme, Scorchgaze. He thought she too, was misunderstood, and bitter. He also thought of how beautiful she was, and how bold she seemed to be. He relaxed ever so slightly, but his muscles were tensed, and he kept flexing at claws.

He knew he had become unstable, unsafe to be around, but he just couldn't leave. He had no where to go, and he just couldn't leave his sister, knowing she is angry at him. He shook his head and groaned, out of anger, out of confusion, and out of bitterness. The very bitterness that is eating at his heart.

The noise startled her. Someone had groaned. Someone was near. But in all, the black furred femme had felt none would follow her here, or even just manage to step upon her path. Azure optics flicked up from the patch of dirt she had stared at for seeming moons, organizing her thoughts. It was almost a meditation. One she preformed regularly. Were it not for these times, she would easily become violent. It was painful, knowing it could happen. But it was her nature. She couldn't stop herself. Scorchgaze scented the air. Hawkfrost. Hawkfrost heard something rustle the dirt. With the wind blowing away from him, he could not identify the creature near. "Who's there?" He asked, his tone clipped, and icy. Hawkfrost's muscles tensed, even if he didn't want them to. His eyes gleamed with pure hatred, but not at the near creature, and his tail lashed furiously. "Please..." He whispered now, trying to keep control. "You have no idea of how I am right now. Please leave or I might tear you to shres." He hissed, still sustaining himself from further murder. No one but Summergaze knew what he could do, and only she knew the truth of what happened all that time ago. He hissed again. "Go if you know what's good for you." He snarled, guessing it was a cat, but not knowing which cat it was.

The hostile voice Hawkfrost sent towards Scorchgaze infuriated her. The femme dropped all thoughts of meditation, heaving herself to stand. Hackles rose, and fur bristled as the black femme rounded on Hawkfrost. How dare he speak to her like that, when she had done nothing to provoke a fight, or even having exchanced words. Azure audits narrowed as claws sank into the loamy soil. 'You speak insults? When I have done nothing to harm you?' [/blockquote]

Hawkfrost looked at Scorchgaze, clearly startled. He wasn't expecting her. Of all the cats... He thought, clearly annoyed. He relaxed ever so slightly. "Sorry." He muttered. "It's just...I have a...strong anger, and can't always control it." He mewed, wishing he didn't have to show his vulnerability to this she-cat. The only she-cat he has ever truly admired so.
